Smarter alerts, refined toast notifications, and UI improvements

Refined toast notifications with clearer confirmation, alert, and failure states, so cautionary messages no longer appear like hard errors.
Updated the Alerts & Confirmations preference so confirmations and caution alerts can be turned off, while critical failures still appear.
Improved toast sizing, styling, and layout for a cleaner, less intrusive appearance with better handling for longer messages.
Large file and low-storage messages are now shown as alerts instead of failures when ClipBoardy can still keep the item as a file or image reference.
History items with alerts now use a simpler inline indicator without highlighting the entire row, making the active selection clearer.
